Terms of Service
By using Apibreak, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Operator
This tool is operated by Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. For billing, support, and general inquiries, email apibreak@agen2ic.ai. A postal address and phone number are not yet available.
Service description
Apibreak is a client-side tool that compares two OpenAPI or Swagger specifications and classifies differences as breaking, additive, or cosmetic. All processing runs in your browser. No account or registration is required.
Billing
What you buy. The Pro tier grants access to batch comparison, persistent comparison history, larger export payloads, and collapsible diff trees — collectively referred to as "Pro features." The Free tier remains available without payment and is unaffected by these terms.
Price and billing period. Pro is billed at $12 per month, billed annually (a single annual charge of $144). Payment is due at the start of each annual billing period. There are no partial-month refunds or prorated credits for cancellation mid-cycle.
Failed payments. If a payment attempt fails (e.g. card expired, insufficient funds), we will retry the charge up to three times over the following 10 days. If all retries fail, access to Pro features will be suspended. You will be notified by email at the address you provided during checkout. A suspended account can be reactivated by completing a successful payment.
Refund policy. We offer a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with the Pro tier. To request a refund, email apibreak@agen2ic.ai. After 14 days, all charges are final. Annual renewals are refundable within 14 days of the renewal charge.
Cancellation. You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time by emailing apibreak@agen2ic.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period; you will retain Pro access until that date. No partial refunds for the remainder of the billing period apply unless you qualify under the 14-day refund policy above.
Taxes. Prices do not include any applicable taxes, duties, or fees. You are responsible for all taxes imposed by your jurisdiction in connection with your purchase.
Acceptance
By accessing or using Apibreak, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.
