Apibreak respects your privacy. This policy describes what information the tool collects, how it is used, and what rights you have.
Operator
This tool is operated by Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. For privacy inquiries, email apibreak@agen2ic.ai. A postal address and phone number are not yet available.
What this tool collects
Nothing. The Apibreak comparison engine runs entirely in your browser. No spec data, no personal information, no usage metrics are sent to any server. There is no database, no analytics service, and no backend.
- Specifications you paste or upload are processed locally and are never transmitted over a network.
- No cookies are set by this tool for tracking or analytics purposes.
- No account creation, sign-in, or registration is required to use the tool.
- No personal data is collected, stored, or shared.
Browser storage
The tool does not use localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, or any other persistent browser storage for spec data. Refreshing or closing the page removes all spec content from memory. The Pro tier description mentions a potential "comparison history" feature that would use local storage on your own device — that feature is not yet implemented, and if it becomes available it will store data locally on your machine only, never on a server.
Third-party services
The tool loads the js-yaml library from a third-party CDN (cdnjs.cloudflare.com) to support YAML parsing. The CDN provider may log standard HTTP request metadata (IP address, user agent, request time) as part of normal operations. No spec content is sent to the CDN — only the URL of the JavaScript library itself is fetched by your browser. Google Fonts is loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com for typography; your browser sends standard request metadata to Google when fetching those resources.
Data retention
Because no personal data or spec data is collected or stored server-side, there is nothing to retain or delete.
Your rights
As a client-side tool that collects no personal data, there is no data about you held by the operator. If you have a question about this policy, email apibreak@agen2ic.ai.
Changes to this policy
If this policy is updated, the revision date at the bottom of this page will reflect the change. Continued use of the tool after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
